One year post transplant is right around the corner! We have had lots of fun this summer with short trips each month instead of just a one-week trip. This month we took the kids to my home state of Idaho. We celebrated my dad’s life with a motorcycle ride to all of his favorite spots, stopping at each place and sharing a memory. My daddy loved my children, and it was special watching them interact these last few years he lived with us. He is missed every day. It was, also, fun seeing all the changes to the valley, where I grew up, and visiting with my sister.
School starts on Tuesday, which is also clinic day, so Josiah is already missing school…what a great start! lol
Please keep him in prayer as he starts high school this year! He is turning 15 next month and driver’s ed is looming ever closer (eek!).
