Today has been a mostly good day but some of these pain meds really mess with Nataleigh’s emotions. For the most part she has slept with the exception of her day spoon feeding her I’ve chips and spending time with her Besty hunting buddy, Darren Coffey. He helped to lighten her spirits and give her something to concentrate on other than the obvious. After one nap we did have an issue getting her pain back under control, but all is good now. Thank you all for your kind work and prayers. They did remove the NJ tube already so that was definitely a blessing. All the doctors and nurses say she’s doing amazing, and I hope it all continues to go in that diction. I’ll do my best to keep you all posted!
